2015/01/31 - right back in to the pain. Some splitting.

peeling, itchy, sore, red. Glycerine and sorbolene (half and half) is better than sorbolene on its own I think.

2015/01/26 - some relief

Over last few days, hands have come right again, although today they are starting to itch again.

2015/01/17 - painful, dead skin.

Sore and painful, hurts a lot under water.

Lots of dead peeling skin, hoping I will have a round of healing in next few days...
Left hand the worst through this flare up. Worse than first flare up.

2015/01/13 - right back in to the pain

Sore and painful, been through flare up over past few days. Not as red (i think) as first flare up, but hurts to drive.
Have moisturiser on hands at moment.

2015/01/06 - first relief

Much better, not hurting, splits healed. Started feeling much better
